Ron and his team were the perfect partners for our wedding in Naples. We started planning our wedding only 12 weeks before our date. Ron was responsive to our short runway as well as our special requests. The food was spectacular and beautifully presented. Ron even helped with renting tables and linens. Great service, amazing staff, creative delicious menu. I had the pleasure of working together with Rob and his team at a wedding this July. The cake was everyone’s favorite, white chocolate mousse cake with chocolate icing I believe,. Great communication with this business. I reached out to 4 different caterers and Chef Ron was the only one that quickly responded. I still haven’t heard from 2 other caterers and it’s been 10 days. Chef Ron was always available to answer my questions, he presented a very fair quote. I highly recommend this company.

Bernwood Catering Co. is the Best!!

Would definitely recommend for any event. We were doing an event for 200. Working with Ron Casterline was a pleasure. Communications were timely and all questions answered. Service was awesome and delivered exactly as expected. Everyone commented that the food was delicious. Would definitely recommend for any event.

Chef Ron didn’t excellent job

Chef Ron didn’t excellent job preparing a wonderful Italian dinner for my large family get-together! The food was delicious and even pleased my Italian sister-in-law Who I dare not cook for myself! I Will use this service again for any size Gathering or event in the Cape Coral area!

Thursday, November 21st, 2019 Ron and his staff catered my husband’s 50th birthday party on Marco Island and where shall I begin with all the wonderful things they helped me with. Great service and wonderful food

I used the catering services for a Thanksgiving party. Ron provided Chef Eduardo and Sharka, server, who arrived promptly on time. We had wonderful appetizers, including mini crab cakes, coconut shrimp and deviled eggs that were outstanding. We then had turkey dinner with all the complements. Everyone loved the food and raved about their professionalism. The kitchen was left clean and organized. We also requested a birthday cake and Ron arranged to have a pastry chef prepare a great savory cake. Definitely will hire again.

Friday Evening Wedding

Ron and his staff did an awesome job for my daughter’s wedding…everyone loved the salmon and of course the bruchetta and his homemade chips are my favorite. He was so sweet to my 87 year old mother she wants me to call him for her 90th birthday

Once again, Ron hit it out of the park for us. We hosted 34 people for a rehearsal dinner at our home, complete with table rentals, linens, chairs, dishes, flatware, and of course FOOD. We had beautiful appetizers (the spinach-artichoke spread was not like the usual thick goopy dip..it was fresh, light, and really delicious), tapenade, homemade parmesan crisps (he needs to sell these retail!) and bruschettas, along with little mini-platters of cheeses decorated with vegetable “animals”. Ron is the greatest when it comes to making suggestions and producing the menu of your choice. I had a graduation party catered to my home and everybody commented on the excellence of each dish he presented in the buffet. I would highly recommend Ron, he is energetic an conscientious about his work and you can leave every detail in his hands and not have to worry about the final product. Best you can get !!!!

Chef Ron did an outstanding job with our group of golfers. We often go out for dinner every night while we’re south golfing, so this was new to us and we weren’t sure what to expect. What we enjoyed was a friendly, courteous team that provided great service and a superb meal. From the appetizers to dessert, everything was great. Having sourced Chef Ron and worked with him on all the arrangements, I could not have been more pleased.

At the last minute we decided to have a Kentucky Derby Party at our home. I used Thumtack to find a caterer, several got back to me and I wasnt pleased with what they had to offer us that I almost thought of not having the party, that was until Ron Casterline from Bernwood Called me back! We hired Chef Ron to prepare the food for our baby shower. He prepared a wonderful BBQ menu for our guests. Everyone raved about how good the food was. The service staff were exceptional and made the event, which was held at our new home go very smoothly. We particularly liked that his catering company was able to offer tables and chairs rentals which made things very easy! We highly recommend, and look forward to hiring Bernwood Catering Co. again for our future events.

Ron was meticulous in his planning and his staff was terrific. The Greek menu was authentic exceptional and the 65 pound celebration cake was over-the-top! Many people remarked how terrific the food was, how courteous his staff carried out their service, and how well every course was executed. Thanks Ron for your expertise!

What a fantastic experience with Chef Ron and team for our son’s Graduation party! We decided on a Mexican style buffet with some shrimp-skewers and pulled-pork… And ALL of food was totally outstanding… and the service, Wow! After beautifully prepping the tables and linens, Chef Ron’s team took over our kitchen and handled the party perfectfy… everyone raved, and the massive cake was amazing!! We’ll definitely be calling Bernwood Catering again.

My husband passed away 3 weeks ago. As a restaurant owner we wanted my husbands Celebration of Life to be held in our restaurant but did not want our staff to do the work. Ron stepped into our kitchen and beautifully prepared food for 300…great job Ron and staff!

Chef Ron did an amazing job with my husband’s birthday party. His staff was very courteous and kind to all of my guests. He helped me plan the party and offered lots of suggestions. It was easy to work with him as he handles table, chair and linen rentals as well. Chef Ron was a joy to work with and even cleaned up and packed away all of our leftovers for snacking later. =) I look forward to working with him again. Omg where do I start!! We arrived in town on the 4th of February and we’re married on the 14!! Ron and his team were able to cater our wedding on days notice!
