Thursday, November 21st, 2019 Ron and his staff catered my husband’s 50th birthday party on Marco Island and where shall I begin with all the wonderful things they helped me with. Great service and wonderful food

I used the catering services for a Thanksgiving party. Ron provided Chef Eduardo and Sharka, server, who arrived promptly on time. We had wonderful appetizers, including mini crab cakes, coconut shrimp and deviled eggs that were outstanding. We then had turkey dinner with all the complements. Everyone loved the food and raved about their professionalism. The kitchen was left clean and organized. Once again, Ron hit it out of the park for us. We hosted 34 people for a rehearsal dinner at our home, complete with table rentals, linens, chairs, dishes, flatware, and of course FOOD. We had beautiful appetizers (the spinach-artichoke spread was not like the usual thick goopy dip..it was fresh, light, and really delicious), tapenade, homemade parmesan crisps (he needs to sell these retail!) and bruschettas, along with little mini-platters of cheeses decorated with vegetable “animals”. We hired Chef Ron to prepare the food for our baby shower. He prepared a wonderful BBQ menu for our guests. Everyone raved about how good the food was. The service staff were exceptional and made the event, which was held at our new home go very smoothly.
